Still not feeling well

Went to the gym today worked out for about 65 minutes cardio and strength training, had to stop because I started feeling nauseated, never felt like that while working out. I'm still congested and feeling tired.. Not sure if I should work out tomorrow, hope I feel better tomorrow

    Sounds like you might have caught some kinda cold/flu thing. Maybe rest up or just do light not super hardcore workout. When I was sick seemed like I felt better days I worked out. Once I stopped sickness hit full force ughh.
