Let me tell you something.
Had trouble losing weight? Just can't do calorie restriction because you get so HUNGRY? Feel out of control? Think you just can't lose weight?
So did I. You know why? Because every one-size-fits-all weight loss website was giving me FAR TOO FEW CALORIES.
I found this out by wearing a FitBit Charge HR for a while. Unlike other FitBits--and that's important--it continuously monitors your heart rate throughout the day, so it gives you the most accurate calorie-burn you can get without wearing a chest strap.
And guess what? I burn toooonnnnnnnnsssssss of calories. SparkPeople was putting me at a 1000-calorie deficit per day for the slowest weight loss setting. Weight Watchers was more like 1500. That ain't doable, sweetheart. No wonder I suffered.
Not suffering anymore. Losing weight. Eating ridiculous things. Not feeling unimaginably hungry.
