Goals for week 11.14.16

I have been off track for a few months but that changes today. I need to get healthy and today is a great day to start! My plan is to start with baby steps so I do not get discouraged. My goals this week are:
1. Log all my food
2. eat fruit/veggies 4x's a day
3. walk or move 10 minutes a day
4. no sugar drinks (soda/lemonade)
5. Use Spark tools
