Thanksgiving is on the horizon. Think Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Noodles, Cheesy Casseroles, Pies, etc....Then shortly after comes Christmas with Ham, Potato Casseroles, Hot Rolls, Cookies, Candy. Thank Goodness for the Seasonal 5% challenges that have taught us how to enjoy the holidays with family & friends by making time for exercise and in eating healthy foods in moderation. Sometimes, knowing and doing gets interrupted by the daily ups and down of life. Your teammates of the 5% challenges will be there to motivate you as you find your way back toward your goals. The Fall 2016 Challenge will soon end with the Winter, 2017 Challenge coming up after the end of the holiday season. Come join us!
