I started out really well and lost 1-2#'s a week until 15#'s gone. I felt great, eating right, walking and other exercise 5 days a week. I was happy. Then I was up and down and eating wasn't as good. Then had elective surgery so exercise was out for 3 weeks. Now it is 4 weeks and I'm still in the blah's.
Well Enough is Enough!!!!!!
The holidays are approaching and I need to be the best healthy me I can be. Learn to give up sugar, get off my bum and move more, cut down on carbs, and make better choices when eating out.
If I quit smoking I can do this too and I'm tired of the excuses.
Today is mind set and get a plan together. I have everything I need I just need to use it.
Here is to a new improved healthier US.
