Steps to Long Term Goals - 10/27/16-10-/27/17

My long term goals for the next year are:
1. Reach goal weight (lost 29 lbs)
-continue walking for 30 min or more 7 days a week emoticon
-when the weather changes, walk away the pounds 2 -3 miles dvds for 7 days a week
2. Get out of the pre diabetic range emoticon
-lose 7% or more of my body weight, emoticon
cardio exercise for at least 30 mins 7 days a week and continue following my food plan (will get A1C within normal range;met on 1/29/15 and again on 6/15/16 after back sliding emoticon
3. Walk 8000-10000 steps 5 days a week (added 9/20) emoticon
Walk 6000 - 8000 during winter months (added 12/14) emoticon
-continue taking exercise breaks every 2-3 hours for 10 - 15 mins per day
4. get to bed by 12 most nights and up by 9 (still working on this) emoticon
-get to bed by 1 most nights for 2 months then gradually work on getting to bed by 12 emoticon
5. Eat my last meal by 7 pm (still working on this) emoticon
-eat my last meal by 9 most nights for a month, then 8 for a month and then 7 emoticon
6. Strength Training (have been consistent since Dec 2014) emoticon
-strength train for at least 10 mins 3 times a week emoticon
7. Weigh & measure food (added 9/20) emoticon 12/14
8. Stay within calorie range (added 9/20) emoticon 12/14, 10/27, 5-7 days a week when going out of town emoticon
-track food & drinks emoticon
9. eat 5 freggies per day (added 9/20) emoticon 12/14 emoticon
10. stay w/i sodium range (added 12/14) 1/16 getting better. 10/27/16 5-7 days a week emoticon
11. eat recommened fiber (added 12/14) 1/16 getting better, 10/27/16 still working on
