Changes I need to make. . .

Change for this week. . .no sodas (diet or otherwise)! I have to accept that neither are good for me and can easily derail my attempt at a more healthy lifestyle.

    Congrats on making that change. Experts say that we should not "drink" our calories and they are changing the Canadian Food Guide to reflect this. Don't know about the USA, though.
