It's time again to step back and take a look at where I am. It's been a very stressful year.
My job is very uncertain. My relationship has issues that I don't know how to resolve. I've recently received some bad financial news.
Through it all, I'm still holding on to good healthy habits: I'm logging everything I eat, meeting my fitness goals each day, and maintaining a healthy BMI.
I have dear friends here. I realize that's what is keeping me going.
I've got a lot to learn, but I'm in a place to learn with some great teachers.
