10-21-2016 - Keeping my Promise

I made a promise in my last blog to got on here more and blog more often. I am taking a few minutes snatched from cleaning.
So far I am doing mt tai chi and meditation 2 times this week. I am working on my new and revised eating plan and it is working mostly. There have been a day here when I just was a little out of control. Didnt eat at lot but had to stop myself a couple times during the afternoon. Too tired and stressed and that always causes trouble.
Right now I need to make time to relax and it is needed. I only have a couple weeks left of working at Curves and then will only do fill in work right now only thing possibly scheduled is for late Dec. So plan to use the time to work on managing my time better and giving me a little more time for me. :D
Right now time to get back to hanging curtains in livingroom and then happily it will be dinner and a slow evening, 6pm now. LOL long afternoon.
