Journey To The Jeans

This is just my Instagram post...
So let me tell you a sad story about this girl... She used to weigh 272 pounds and wear a size 24 jeans. In 2012 she finally got serious about weight loss and lost 90 pounds weighing in at 181. Just through calorie counting and walking she was able to lose this weight. She felt so much better she was wearing a size 16 and a stretchy size 14 and she felt great. She maintained in about a fifteen pound range for over two years. Then she lost sight of what was important and regained a bunch of weight. She went as high as 237 and was just really depressed and disappointed she let it get away from her. She recently restarted and is back down to 222. She knows the scale isn't the only measure of success so today she decided she was going to do a Journey To The Jeans and Operation Smaller Shirt. Currently wearing a sad size 20 jeans she is just going for size 18. She'd rather have one size down and have it come sooner than pick an end goal that will take much longer to fit into. As you can see the jeans don't fit at all and the shirt is a classic cause of sausage shirt. The goal is to take photos each month and see the progress. Will they fit nicely in one month? No but hopefully there will be progress.
Oh and PS. That girl is me lol ;)
