I have always known that working out is great for your body in many ways. It keeps you physically active, stress reliever, lowers glucose levels, bmi levels, and many other benefits.
I used to workout 6 days a week until I had kids. Then I was tired and always found a million other things to do.
For the past month I have made a commitment to workout again 5-6 days a week. There were times when I didn't want to do it but I have reminded myself why I am doing this. I feel great and don't feel guilty if I have an off eating day now. As an added benefit I didn't realize how much 2 2 yr Olds watch me. They love to "workout" with me. I feel like I am teaching a new generation a healthy lifestyle and that can't be beat!
