I am 13 weeks into my healthy journey. Should have met my goal weight a month ago but still need to lose 5 lbs. I have lost for most part with a pound or two gain one week and then loss the next. Can't lose those last 5 lbs. I had some elective surgery a couple weeks ago and have not been able to exercise ( I would like to walk my 3 miles but I can't yet). I haven't don't bad only gaining 1 pound in 2 weeks but I'm not making good food choices all day. Meals are ok but I want to snack out if boredom all day. I'm also nervous that I won't get off my can in a week when I can start to move cause the weather is cooling off, will I just make excuses? I prefer outdoors to indoors I need fresh air to sleep (window open) and walk. I'm good at excuses and justification.
Ok enough im just pissed I am gaining or maintaining and losing those last 5 pounds. I am going to need some encouragement from my SP family to keep me motivated. Thank you all in advance for giving me the kick in the pants I will need to back on track and drop the last 5. I can do it, we can do it I know we can. Good luck to everyone and have a great week
