So I hit 7 months yesterday and my energy levels are taking a nose dive. lol Any consistent physical effort leaves me drained and sometimes achy. I'm not letting it slow me down though, it's just taking me a little longer to get things done but I'm going to keep moving until the cork pops. lol

Been there! Check your fuel for energy foods, insure you're hydrating well, and remember to stretch after your training, cardio, strength, or whatever. Most importantly, embrace recovery days! Too much will burn you out! It's about quality not quantity. I have to stay focused on all of this as I'm focused on longevity in my Running & Triathlons. Stay strong, and enjoy life. 1559 days ago
