Conquer Stress Eating - As a New LifeStyle Resonse.

I have to blog to remind myself why I am ticked at myself for .6 lb weight gain!!
It wasn't the ThanksGiving Dinner, it was Pizza last night after caring for Sweet GrandAngle who developed a fever. Stress Eating Trigger to conquer. I could have stopped at 2 small slices, instead opted for 5. I ate the Salad, and walked for 2.5 hours. But it wasn't enough to combat my poor dinner choices.
Also, I didn't get to take my 3.5 mile walk today before weighing in, as we needed to care for our GrandAngle. So when she fell asleep, I took off for my walk. This is HUGE, for me. Because on the weekend if I do need to help with the kids, I never get my exercise in.
I held DH to task, as he made it back from the gym, and showered, and napped on couch!! LOL, so the minute she fell asleep and he woke up, I went off like a shot!! LOL
Perfect, as I feel great. Even though I am dissapointed at my weight gain.
It just reinforces which LifeStyle changes I need to make.
Stress Eating Trigger is what I need to conquer, and shows how I deal with stress.
Use new techniques when under duress, and not rely on flying by the seat of my pants as in the past!!
