S.M. A. R. T. GOALS FOR BLC. BLC32(FIRST 5 WEEKS CHECK UP)

BODY 4-5 FREGGIES. I NEED TO EAT MORE FREGGIES AND MAKE NEW RECIPES, AND TRY NEW FOODS. WATER AND GREEN TEA ARE NO PROBLEM. I CAN ALWAYS ADD LEMON TO MY WATER. I DO NOT HAVE ANY SWEETENER IN MY HERBAL/GREEN TEAS. I HAVE IMPROVED ON GETTING TO BED EARLIER BUT I STILL HAVE MY MOMENTS. I NEED TO STICK TO A SLEEP ROUTINE. THOSE WHO KNOW ME WELL KNOW I HATE ROUTINES. (((GIGGLES))). THAT WILL BE SOMETHING I WORK ON. I TAKE MELATONIN TO HELP WITH SLEEP. EMOTIONAL EATING IS A LONG TERM THING. I HAVE TO WORK ON IT DAILY. I CAME ACROSS A LADY WHO HAD SOME IDEAS CONCERNING INTUITIVE EATING. SO I AM GATHERING IDEAS FROM HER. AS FOR FACIALS I NEED MORE OF THEM TO HELP WITH DE-STRESSING.

EXERCISE 5-6 DAYS A WEEK WELL ALL PLANS SOUND GOOD DON'T THEY?? I INJURED MY FOOT AND NOW I HAVE CELLULITIS IN ONE OF MY FEET. CARDIO WILL BE OUT FOR ME UNTIL THE DR OK CARDIO FOR THE LOWER BODY. MEANING STEPPING MARCHING ETC. I WILL HAVE TO REVAMP MY EXERCISE TO SEATED PILATES, STRETCHES, SEATED EXERCISE, WEIGHTS AND YOGA GENTLE MOVEMENTS. THIS MEANS THAT I WILL HAVE TO EAT ON OR NEAR MY LOWER CALORIE SCALE AND THIS WILL BE VERY CHALLENGING FOR ME.. I WILL JUST HAVE TO PLAN AND STICK TO MY PLAN. I ALSO WILL NEED HELP FROM MY FRIENDS. ((HINT)) ((HINT.))

TEMPLE DAILY BIBLE READING AND DEVOTIONALS ARE GOING WELL. I START MY DAY WITH IT. AS FAR AS MY FITNESS JOURNAL HAS REVEALED WHERE I NEED IMPROVEMENT ON. I WILL ADD AND CHANGE MY JOURNAL TO GEAR IT TOWARD TO HELPING ME WITH EMOTIONAL EATING.

    emoticon Sounds to me like you are thinking through what to do even though you have this complication. emoticon Great to be keeping the fitness journal and checking it out to see where you need improvement! I fear mine would tell me more than I want to know if I kept one emoticon . Keep up the good work!! I am enjoying being on the Geckos team with you.
