Started back into working Spark People 3 weeks back and I'm feeling better, making better choices and feeling less short of breath already. I am finding it still hard to get longer walks or workouts in especially working 12 hours and MN shift 3 or 4 days in a row, but I'm trying to get at least 20 minutes of exercising in. I was able to get into the 15% Fall challenge and it is such an encouragement to keep on track of things. Drinking water, tracking my meals, encouraging others with just a post or a note. It all helps me stay focused on my goals to a healthier me.
