I have not lost any weight for the last month. i have been yo yoing from 208 to 212. I started posting my logs in an attempt to MAKE myself eat in the range my doctor set which is under 1000. I am glad I basically maintaining !!BUT (and it is still a big butt) everyday I am eating anywhere from 400 to 600 calories over what I should. THIS HAS TO STOP!! Posting my log DID NOT MAKE ME ACCOUNTABLE. AT FIRST IT BOTHERED ME to post over 1000 AND THEN IT JUST DIDN'T MATTER. Friday is my day of reckoning. 1000 a day like the doctor ordered to lose the weight I NEED to lose. I have lost 91 lbs and have 50 to go. Please help by NOT...SEE THAT Word....BY NOT SAYING I MUST EAT MORE. I am under the care of 5 specialist and a PCP all are on board with 1000 a day. PCP, gastric surgeon, rheumatologist, cardiologist, cardio vascular surgeon and neurologist. Having said that it is onward and upward and watch out for the tree limbs. Thanks AUTIEJ for your eye opening honest blog. I needed that!

    Some things that have helped me cut, homemade vegetable soup for lunch (a huge portion is like 200 cal and the shiritaki noodles. Google them if you don't already know about them. Practically zero cals.
