Oh, it was so nice "seeing" you!!! Miss you so much. We need to meet half way and give each other the encouragement that always seemed to work for us!! Hope this week goes well and you get your exercise in and your food and snacks in control.

Don't get discouraged, none of us are perfect. If you eat something more then you plan to, be good to yourself. Tell yourself it's okay and eat better your next meal. The hardest part of exercise is starting! Just tell yourself you will do just 10 to 15 minutes, and before you know it you've done more! Take each day as it comes. Wish you the best
