Why do I want to lose the weight?
1. Have more energy
2. Feel better in my clothes
3. Make healthy food choices a habit
4. Be able to keep up with the grandkids
5. Run a 5k
6. Hike Mount LeConte in the Smokey Mountains
7. To better be able to be active and healthy in retirement
8. To be around for my children. (Their father passed away at age 59).
9. To see the changes in my body as I get stronger and build muscle
10. I don't want my husband to have to take care of me as we age.
