Now that I'm back I decided keep track of what I'm doing with blog entries. Today was a great day. I took several shorter walks/slow jogs for a total of 2 hours with all of the dogs. The weather was perfect, sunny but temperatures only in the low 70's with a nice breeze.
My muscles were barely sore from my 2nd strength training workout that I did yesterday.
Tomorrow I may take a rest day if necessary or head to the gym for swimming or another strength training workout.
I suspect that the ketogenic diet helps a lot to avoid muscle soreness.
