MY GOALS WILL INCLUDE BODY, MIND AND SOUL/SPIRIT. .

BODY---VEGGIES 4-5 DAILY (I WILL INCLUDE JUICING TO HELP WITH VEGGIE INTAKE. ) TRY DIFFERENT FOODS THIS INCLUDES VEGGIES AND FRUITS. TRY NEW RECIPES. I WILL INCLUDE OATMEAL FOR BREAKFAST 1-2 DAYS A WEEK. I WILL HAVE MEATLESS MONDAYS, MONITOR MY RED MEAT INTAKE CLOSELY. DRINK 5-8 GLASSES OF WATER, INCLUDE 2 CUPS GREEN TEA OR HERBAL TEAS DAILY. 15-20 MIN OF SUNSHINE DAILY --WEATHER PERMITTING. USE MY FITNESS JOURNAL TO RECORD WHAT I EAT AND PLAN MY MEALS AND SNACKS.

EXERCISE--AT LEAST 5-6 DAYS A WEEK. AEROBICS 15-20 mins, BIKING, PILATES, WALKING AND TREADMILL. I WILL START OUT ONLY 10 MINS WITH TREADMIL. AND WORK FROM THERE. STRENGTH TRAINING 1-2 DAYS A WEEK. USE A MINI STRENGTH TRAINING ROUTINE AS I HAVE INJURED MY ROTATOR CUFF. SO I WILL CONCENTRATE O0N THE LOWER AND ABS FOPR NOW. INCLUDE YOGA. EXERCISES WILL BE RECORDED IN MY FITNESS JOURNAL AND HERE. I WILL USE STICKERS FOR ENCOURAGEMENT. SOUNDS CHILDISH?? NOPE! YOU FIND WHAT WORKS AND WORK IT! AND I LIKE STICKERS..

MIND/SOUL/SPIRIT-- REST IS IMPORTANT FOR MY WELL BEING, REBUILDING AND REJUVENATION. IN BED AT 11:00-11:30 PM ON THE WEEK DAYS. MONITOR EMOTIONAL EATING. DON'T EAT ABOUT IT. PRAY ABOUT IT. DURING TIMES OF STRESS TAKE GREEN TEA BREAKS, PATIO BREAKS WHEN WEATHER PERMITS. (NOT HOT OR COLD) . PAMPERING IE FACIALS,MANI/PEDI ETC. PRAYER/WAR WANNABE CRAFT ROOM.

TEMPLE --DAILY BIBLE READING/DEVOTIONALS VERSE MEMORIZATION. PRAYER.

I WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE TO MY PRINCESS PRAYERWARRIOR TEAM. OUTSIDE OF THE TEAM MY SISSY AND MOTHER ARE MY BIGGEST CHEERLEADERS. MY FAITH WILL BE CARRY ME THUR. AFTER AWEEK I WILL EVALUATE HOW THINGS ARE GOING. SEE WHAT HEEDS REVAMPING. ID LOVE TO LOSE 2 POUNDS BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR. I AM NEARING MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL..
