SMART Goals for BLC 32 and 5% Fall Challenge

Specific: Weight loss goals
BLC32: 17 pounds
Fall 5% challenge: 10.5 pounds
By the scale
By the comfort of my clothing
By the ability to take faster and/or longer walks.
5-7 Freggies a day
Limiting snacks between meals
Currently I walk, move or dance my way to 6.5 miles on my Fitbit daily. I will increase that by .5 mile each week until I reach 8 miles daily.
I will also start ST again 3 times a week for 15 minutes or more at a time.
I have slowly gained weight over the last year and I need to get it off again. My clothes will fit better. I will have more energy. I also do not want to go back to being on diabetic medication!! I'm off and I want to stay off!!
BLC 32 runs from September 7 - December 21,15 weeks, a little over a pound a week.
5% Fall challenge runs from September 24 - November 19, 8 weeks, around 1.25 pounds a week
October 8: I should be up to my 8 miles a day
November 1: I should be 7-10 pounds down
December 9: I have an Endocrinologist appointment with blood work results.
December 21: I should be where I was health wise one year ago!
