Ok, I have to admit, I'm back ! It took me few years to come back - but I wasn't completely off track all that time : I kept on Zumba classes, had a nutritionist check on my diet, started some group exercises program and most of all, I took care of my happiness.
I came back to SP in July 2016 to keep track of my food intake while on vacation. I was preoccupied with eating too much, which I did, of course! But, I moved more also, so the damages were limited to 3 lb. Since I came back from vacation, I enrolled in the Plateau breaking challenge - and it worked! I've being loosing 1 to 1.5 lb per week since. I'm now in the "Find 10 min Challenge". I'm making new SP Friends and reaching my goals.
So, I guess, I'm back sparkling again
Funny, when I read the presentation I wrote back in 2010 how history repeat itself.
To me, loosing weigh is a perfect indicator of my well-being. The happier I feel, the less I eat, the more I do workout, the more I loose weight, the happier I get ! It's becoming a virtuous circle !
So I'm most optimistic about reaching my ultimate goal : loosing all that "unhappy weight" I gain since January 2011. It took me 3 years to gain 43 lb. Since July 2014, I've being slowly losing weight, but I was on a plateau from February 2015 and even worse, started to gain back. But those days are over! I'm already 20 lb lighter and keeping the pace!
So watch me being happy :)
