5% Fall Challenge Committment

For the duration of the Challenge, I commit to:
Logging my daily miles and being active. By the end of the challenge, I would like to be walking 10k steps a day.
I also plan to be active with the living the good life activities.
I want to finish this challenge and be 5% smaller!
I plan to follow my daily calorie guideline.
