Day 3 of the comeback

Day three went extremely well as far as what I ate. I met my goals in all of the nutrition categories and was too busy canning pears, drying apples and making applesauce to get hungry in between meals. Boredom is my biggest trigger when it comes to eating things I shouldn't, so staying busy really helps. Plus, DH helped me peel all the apples and pears, which made a really nice change from doing everything by myself. He's sweet and funny and totally awesome, so I have a good time even when we're doing something totally mundane.

Still not getting any exercise yet, but I'm not going to worry about it too much until all the canning is taken care of. I can't see that happening anytime soon, especially since we went out to hubby's sister's and picked yet another load of apples and pears. There are still a lot more on the trees...

    staying busy helps me too, well done! As long as your eating is on track you'll lose even without exercise. :)
