Update on the comeback

Day one went well. I lit up ten of the twelve dots on my Spark Tracker, and met all of the dietary goals for the day.
Day two, I stayed within my calorie range but haven't yet checked the other dietary goals.
As far as exercise goes, I didn't walk today, but that was because I spent 14 hours canning fruit and making jam.
Oregon has had a bumper crop of wild blackberries this year due to a rainy winter. DH is determined to pick every last one in the vicinity, which I am canning, jamming and making jelly. His sister gave us all the pears off her two huge pear trees, and a neighbor with a pear tree also gave us their pears. I'm canning them in quart jars and have barely made a dent. I'm permanently sticky from my fingertips to my elbows.
We were given the apples from three trees, also. I'm drying the apples (a lengthy process) since neither DH or myself care for apple jelly. I plan to make some applesauce, but not until all the pears are taken care of.
I've lost count of how many cobblers I've made from peaches, apples and blackberries. And did I mention all the summer squash that my tiny little garden keeps producing?
I'm not complaining. I think it is amazing to be given so much fruit and I'm enormously grateful. I'm just saying that I didn't have time to go walking today, but if my exhausted state is anything to go by, I'm guessing that I got some exercise. I just don't know how to translate it into exercise minutes and Spark points. Maybe I should do squats while I'm peeling the pears.
