Here I go again and that's why

Spark People gives us sound nutrition, tools like the trackers, the new premium which even includes Spark Coach and so much more.
The first 1.5 years I lost 50+ pounds
and then got off track
The next year I had MAJOR STRESSERS attacking my motivation and loss of focus. Serious family health issues and insane work issues can be derailing.
Work is much better and the health issues just have to be dealt with. I am not going to fall back into bad habits - it can happen tooooooooo fast - I know I've been there most of my younger life.
I found a new plan - yes it uses the word diet but it also talks about life long habits that make sense to me. Zero Belly Diet -
Don't scold cause it talks about losing 16 pounds in the first 14 days. The first 7 days include an optional cleanse. It is lower calories but not that drastic and only 7 days. You have smoothies for breakfast and lunch and a cleanse dinner and an afternoon snack - no gluten or dairy during this 7 days. YOu also include cardio and circuit training!
I have made it through day one so 6 more to go
I can so do this!
