This is the 3rd day in a row that I've gone to the gym and I'm finally back up to doing a mile on the treadmill in just over 20 minutes. To some that may not sound like much and 3 years ago it wouldn't have sounded like much to me either. Today it's an accomplishment. I let myself slide back into where I was before losing 62 pounds, well not quite but almost, and it's taken the summer to get me back in the groove. It's coming off slower but each year does that to you - makes the weight loss more and more difficult. I'm eating really well and healthily and moving my large white butt so all is good :-)
I'm looking forward to each small step forward and the lifestyle to stay healthy as long as I can.
