Two years ago today! The first picture is when I was at my biggest. 265 pounds. The second picture is now. I had high blood pressure, anxiety, low self-esteem. I got tired of feeling that way so I decided to make a change. I started off by NOT drinking soda. That was hard. I was drinking 4 liters a day. Then I started counting calories. I ate 1070-1400 a day. Twice a week I would eat 1900. Then I ate 1900 once a week and cont the 1070-1400 the rest of the week. I don't always eat healthy, but I stayed under my allotted amount for one day. I have only been doing that for 9 months and I have lost a total of 52 pounds. I have gained and lost a total of 5 pounds here and there. I gained 1.8 pounds this week. Then I lost 2.8 pounds. I am proud of my progress. I want to lose 20 more pounds but if I do, I do. If I don't, I don't. Keep your heads high, and believe in yourself!
