This one always makes me laugh. Ah, Robert.
As much as I love it for a chuckle, I also like it for the reality of it. Weight loss takes time. Don't despair if the clothes aren't any looser or the scale is not moving after starting the journey. This is about building healthy habits from which you will reap rewards. "Sacrifice" is giving up something now for something better later. Maybe it means better numbers on the lab results. Maybe it's climbing stairs without getting winded. The rewards and results will come. Just hang on through those times when it feels like the only thing you're losing is your mind or your glasses!
