One more time

Life seems to have been turned upside down the last few months. Because of that, I have gotten off track with my weight loss. I am going to go again and try harder to make a better goal plan that I can stick with. I want to lose about 38 pounds. However, I know that I need to break it down into smaller increments, like working on losing 5 pounds a month and get back to a regular exercise program ( I was doing really well with that!) I can do it because years ago, I did lose 48 pounds. I did it then and I CAN do it AGAIN!
