Doing push ups like a boss!

I've blogged about the 400 Challenge before (100 push ups, 100 inverted rows / reverse push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats). I've done the challenge a number of times now.

When I began, I did my push ups on the wall. I couldn't do a single on-the-floor plank push up back then (in February).

Today I actually did the challenge in proper form, no modification of the exercises. I did 100 reverse push ups, 100 squats where my thighs were parallel to the ground, 100 full sit ups, and 100 standard, every day, full plank, biceps parallel to the floor, push ups.

I did 100 push ups!

I can hardly believe it myself.
I'll say it again, maybe it will sink in,

I did 100 push ups!
I'm the boss! I'm awesome! I'm the man! I'm a beast! I did 100 push ups!

I tried the 100 Push Up Challenge years ago, didn't make it. I think I got up into the 30s. I wasn't making any progress and I gave up after a while.

... but now, I can do 100 push ups.
