5 months of Progress...and feeling GREAT!!!

I didn't forget about my journey. I promised progress...so here it is, 5 months of progress. I started the beginning of March, taking first pictures end of March. A reminder of my goals:
1. Beat diabetes
2. Not sweat the number on the scale, but the fat vs. muscle on the body.
3. Get healthy, live longer.
I have had 80% of diabetes medications cut and looking forward to my next blood draw, I am confident I will be medicine free for diabetes.
I have literally only lost 11.6 lbs, but have saved healthy muscle along the way. My diet is high protein, low healthy only carbs, fibrous fruits and veggies. Protein supplements. Zero fast food, sugars, and processed foods. Real food tastes good, and now that is what my body craves.
I have a long....long way to go and am learning as I go. I am lifting heavier, kicking some ass with cardio, and will be focusing a little more on esthetics also. Because I can...thats why!
