Juice fast day 17

is it really day 17 already? Wow I can't believe how fast time has gone. My mom was saying that if I keep it up then maybe I can extend it to 60 days like Joe Cross did. I'm not sure I want to. I am so ready for solid food but I can't give this up yet. I know that if I cave and say "good enough" I'll go right back to where I started or worse. I'm not willing to risk that. At most I'll be willing to extend this to 45 days but no more than that. I want to eat amazing but healthy things and you know what else I want to do? I want to try giving blood again. The first time I tried I was almost to the minimum amount of acceptable blood donated before I developed a huge clot and they had to throw the whole thing away and I missed my appointment because of this fast. Plus, I want more than a couple days to work on healthy eating practices before I go on vacation.
As far as results go--This is my before and current stats!

Day one:
Weight-235 pounds
Body Fat- 46.3%

Weight- 215.6
Body Fat- 44.2%
BMI- 36.8

By my calculations, over 13 1/2 pounds of that weight loss was fat loss! My next step is to start exercising, but I'm having issues with my company workout room. Seems the access card they gave me isn't working so I'll have to talk to HR. Nothing new. Anyway, I'm off to Uber in Seattle to pay for my trip to Disneyland. Later!
