Room For Improvement.

Three days ago I had a bad eating day. My daughter wanted seafood, so we went to a restaurant in Silverdale, WA and ate fried fish. I have also been very busy and have not been logging my meals which is very important in keeping me on track and accountable. I did lose two pounds this past week and ate healthy most of the time. I guess it takes time to get used to the new "routine" and get to a place I need to be. Overall, I am happy with my progress this past week, but I also see what I need to work on. I guess there is always room for improvement.
