C c c c c hanes!

Monday, July 25, 2016

Things have gotten out of hand. I have gained some weight, lost some all in the last 2 months. I lost 11 pounds on The Page Diet, went on vacation and gained 13. My body is crazy. When we got home, I tried to get back on track by eating veggies and meat with fruits between meals and I just couldn't get into the swing of things.

I know what I need to do, so why is it so hard to ACTUALLY do it?

I need to manage my stress at work better and fit time in to exercise for me. It makes me a nicer person, makes me feel good and helps me lose weight that I don't need.

Prayers are appreciated friends. I need to get my act together!

I understand exactly how you feel. I've been gone for far too long and my weight is up as well. But I haven't given up and neither have you! You keep trying and that takes strength and commitment, so please give yourself some credit.

emoticon Just don't quit. We all have those days... and months... Make those small changes and better choices each day. Baby steps still count as Moving Forward. Take it meal by meal if you have to for a while, and be proud of yourself every time a meal or snack was on plan. It's a Non-Scale Victory every time!

The best advice is just keep going... :)

I know how hard it is to get back on track once you get derailed. I believe in you! I agree to just take baby steps, one thing at a time. Above all, don't beat yourself up over this!

When that happens to me, I aim low. I know it sounds counter-productive, but it's not motivating for me to try and talk myself into a 30-45 minute workout when things are hectic. But take a 10 minute walk at lunch? That I can do.

    Hang in there!
