Day one of T25

T25 day 1 Alpha Cardio: ☑️ Stay within calorie range: ☑️ Let me tell you, if you are looking for a work out that will completely kick your butt in a short period of time then I HIGHLY suggest giving T25 a try. Holy cow!! It definitely was a struggle to make it all the way through but I did and afterwards (after I laid on the floor for several minutes until I could move again and then showered all the sweat off lol) I felt great and so proud if myself!!! I will say I did use the modifier for some of the moves since I am nursing a knee injury. Even so, I still felt that I got a great workout. Even more importantly I stayed in my calorie range!!! Yay! After coming off of a bad week food wise, this is an achievement I am very happy about. Hopefully I can keep it up this time. Anyone doing or done T25 before? If so how did it go for you?
