Hang in there! I always feel better and I am able to sleep better when I exercise but I'm right there with you I'm just not motivated. I need to lose about 100 pounds and get healthy so I can have surgery but I've put it off over and over again! You can do it! 1183 days ago
Meal prep and tracking are the hardest for me...and I understand the lack of motivation. Try one thing, even if it is tracking your food for a week...just to see the bigger picture. Or you could take a walk for 10 minutes a day...every little bit counts.
