Just keep swimming!

Mom and I have been going to the local rec center here in our town almost every morning to use the pool. Its better for her because of her knee surgeries and the water helps her to exercise more pain free. I am looking for other ways to work out and recently just broke out my jump rope that Ive had for a while. No excuses today, so I did my jump rope outside in the rain, which, actually felt pretty good. I forget how hard it is on the lungs, but Im trying to strengthen mine anyways, so Im feeling pretty good right now.

    Swimming is the best for me. I have alot of health problems and that seems to help

    Now that is dedication! Jumping rope would be a stretch for me, but in the rain- Whoa!!
