Soo Soo Someawhat Frustrated

Monday, July 11, 2016

so for about a few days my scale is reading the same or alittle bit more than what its supposed to so I took it sat it at a different title in the bathroom and it would read something completely different! Sooo took it and put it on carpet don't think u are supposed to do that but I weighted myself and told me I was like 138 and I know I'm not that yet lol. I think by removing the batteries and cleaning it out that it may resolve this issue that someone within the sparkpeople fb group suggested I'm hoping it will work! I was slipping and sliding to nite on my mat and fall too omgies soo embarrassing yeah a fat yogi in the back of class slipped and fall! And I hope I did ok on my 3rd! Vlog entry still a bit nervous very time I do it I don't know why tho maybe it reminds me of speech class in high school or something! I guess it just going to take time to actually get used to Vlogging but anyways comments are freely welcomed if u want to leave one or 2 or some encouragement or advice etc.

For the scale you can take a Q-tip with some alcohol on it and clean the terminal that had corrosion and then let it air dry really well first before putting new battery in it.

For the sun burn did you lay in the sun or did you go to a salon for it. I broke out with a rash when I tried going to a salon even though I was in there for a really short time as it was my first time. And I knew I had allergies, and that I burn easily. I put aloe vera on it at night and during the day I put hydrocortisone cream on it. It took a bit but went away. I didn't go back to the salon, as I tried a couple of times at less time each and it just kept happening.

All my best to you always

I think taking the batteries out and letting it reset is good, but I would avoid the carpeting. Not a good surface for the scale. Keep pushing!

I have heard you should never weigh yourself on carpet because it does not support the scale properly. Don't give up :)

My scale acts like that when the batteries get low.

Keep it up with the blogging. I get what you mean about being nervous.

I've never done yoga but I've heard that lots of people fall. Don't stress just get back up and smile.

    Your doing great!!!

    Keep up the good work.
