Try, Try, Try

It has been so chaotic around here lately and I have plateaued. Today I was thinking of something I saw on the website so I thought I would try it. I have been not drinking as much water as I should. I have my cut that holds 2 and 1/2 cups of water. The idea that I saw said that she put four ribbons around her cup until she finished drinking her set amount. What I have decided to do is to place four rubber bands around my cup. As I complete an entire cup, I remove a rubber band and put it around my wrist. That way I will be reminded of what I have accomplished.
