I don't know why I did not put it together and accept that I eat too much period. I felt that my hormones and illness caused my weight gain. My weight is not prone to fluctuate. My body loves to stay a certain weight and something drastic has to happen before I see the scale budge. I never felt that I ate too much. I learned doing the low carb that my body does not need more than 25 to 40 grams of carbs a day. Then I told my cousin that I was going to add the Advanced Slim Fast to my diet. She said what I was feeling but hadn't acknowledged that I'll want to eat a plate of food along with the meal replacement. I like to eat and feel full. Now I realized that I am going to have to accept that I do eat more than I need and now I want to eat less for the rest of my life.
