I can't believe it is already July

So I feel like I blinked and June disappeared. I had so many things I wanted to do this summer and I haven't done half of them. It is now time to start planning for next school year so I don't know how much home stuff I will finished.
Track my food -not necessarily to stay in calorie range (although that is nice), but to get in the habit of tracking food and seeing where I need to make changes.
I tracked my food until the last week of the month and then just stopped. Getting back on track for July. Most days I stayed within my calorie count, but didn't eat enough protein and too much salt.
Exercise - 5 times a week (minimum) for 20 or more minutes at time
I exercised 3-5 times a week except the last week again. I only exercised once that last week. Hoping to get back on track this month.
Lose 4 pounds for the month of June
I lost 3 pounds. Not bad. More than I have ever lost in one month before.
Continue to track my food. This time focusing on what I am eating and trying to stay within my protein and sodium requirements as well. (The protein is hard because I don't like to cook during the day just for myself and I can't have lactose so my past go-tos (cheese, yogurt, etc.) are not options.
Continue to exercise 5 days a week for 20 or more minutes. I am adding walking continuously 2 miles/ 2 times a week
Lose 4 pounds in July.
