Love it!!! Im in my 5th week!! You can do it. Strive for progress not perfection. Make a weigh in time such as every week, every 2 weeks or once a month. Im doing every 2 weeks. dont let that scale rule you! Just a thought..... probably a good idea to have an accountability partner or group that is NOT a spouse!!! As women, especially as it relates to our weight and appearance we can get incredibly sensitive to any and all feedback but even more so if that criticism or feedback is from the people we value the most. Also I tend to (rightly or wrongly?) speak more freely, get angrier, or get hurt easier if I value that person's perception of me.
For me anyway, I tend to accept the hard to hear stuff coming from a close friend but not necessarily my partner. It also puts the spouse in a difficult position. To give honest, loving but hard to hear feedback is a rocky place to a partner to be.

Putting yourself out there with vlogs is scary, but so rewarding. Good for you for stepping outside your comfort zone. It took me YEARS before I took the plunge. We can support each other. We can do this together!!
Relying on our spouses to hold us accountable is dangerous. I've gotten really angry when I asked my spouse to hold me accountable. So I can appreciate why your wife may not push you as hard we we might.
