I admire people who eat organic veggies, grass fed animals with no this and no that, or the super raw vegan. These are the sanctified eaters, folks who have their diet set aside like something holy. Have you been to Whole Foods Market? The holiness hits you at the door. It's a pleasant aroma that fills you with good intentions to change your ways and eat right.
Part of the Sweet Tooth Challenge is to keep a journal. I am on day 6. The lesson was about whole grains. Well I got this already down pat. I eat as few grains as possible. I use nut flour and seeds instead. If I have any grains they are whole alright. I only eat meat, low starch veggies, greek yogurt, kefir, unsweetened almond milk, and homemade sweets made with Splenda. I love "noatmeal". I just realized I sound just like the holy eaters. I am joining the club. I watch vegan videos and yoga even though I don't practice it. I just suck up what ever healthy auras are slipping through from you tube. I also suck up the vibes at the Whole Foods Market. I just love the way it smells when I walk through the door (what is that odor and why can't my house smell like that). I may not eat all whole foods yet but sucking in the air is doing something.
