Today I will finally get me some ME TIME. I was planning on going to the library and write up food plans and stuff but my grandma had a fall so I need to stay home just in case. Shes fine, just bruised knees. The plan is to now just sit in my room listening to music and still do the meal plans.
I still wanna do the 21 day fix plan. Easy to follow and easy to create a meal plan for the whole day. I dont have to go crazy with all the counting.
After the meals I need to create my exercise plan. I want to head to the gym tonight and do an hour on the bike. The goal is to do an hour every day on the bike for a full 30 days. I have so much weight around my belly so I really need to make cardio #1.
I HAVE to get back on track and get a good grip because Im so tired of falling off and taking forever to get back up.
