I enjoyed your video. I have not tried cleanse products, but do believe that we need to keep drinking the water. I have not been consistent with that lately. The app you suggested sounds interesting. I hope that you got rid of the "cork"! Ha!
Budgets - boy is that the truth about the dollars, time and effort it takes to rebuild the wardrobe. My hubby has taken off 30 lbs since the beginning of the year largely due to us following the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diet. His clothes are falling off. We have had to go buy him some new stuff. I am reluctant to get rid of everything, though, because I know it is the body's tendency to try to regain the weight we work so hard to get rid of. We don't have the budget to constantly buy new.
Good luck with your goals and keep saying bottom's up with that water! 1212 days ago
I'm trying to drink more water too instead of snacking - I've been sitting at a litre and a half a day recently but have just managed to push it to 2 litres in the last few days. Also noticed that about clothes too - and I hadn't realised it till you said - my wardrobe has gotten more limited over the years and I only buy what I absolutely need because I haven't managed to get my weight under control. 1212 days ago
Also, just as an aside, I don't think anyone can argue with drinking water. I normally drink 91 oz. a day and feel better for it. My skin is plump and I feel better overall when I do that. But, whatever works for us, right?
Hey Maringal, you must not have seen where I said in my video that this is not about losing weight. I've always wanted to do a cleanse to see how it would make me feel. Thank you, though, for your comments. I think we can all agree it's about a mindset first and then making positive changes to affect our lives.
Good for you!! I'm taking liver cleanse. I've also been working out for the last 7 days and am still working on eating healthy. I've got a journal to help keep track. Everyone is pretty positive on here. 1213 days ago
Patricia, I have two cups of coffee and maybe drink a glass a water a day. I am not a water drinker, and I pee too much to begin with anyway. I lost weight changing my way of eating….starting last february 2015. Personally, I refuse to spend even a penny on cleanses, pills, powders, or any thing that says it will help you lose weight. I don't believe in them. I am a die hard fan of just eating right and moving the body. Also, mentally and emotionally healthy. But whatever you decide to do, I do hope it helps you along the way. 1213 days ago
