I Need B+ BLOOD!
That's - Be Positive
Remind yourself every day of all of the POSITIVE steps you have taken, and of all the positive benefits you have achieved by taking those steps.
You should briefly analyze your transgressions for insight, but you must ABSOLUTELY overwhelm your thoughts with the positive steps you have taken.
And, as you do, you will soon realize that more and more positive steps and benefits will become evident and, eventually, your negative past image of yourself will fade, and your new ACCURATE reality will fill your thoughts and life.
So here are my B+ Thoughts For Today:
I joined Spark People
I started a Team
I've lost 25 pounds
I created a Weight Chart to help me and my teammates.
I am stepping out of my comfort zones more and more very day.
I am becoming more and more honest with myself about my struggles
I made five great new lifelong Forever-Friends
My teammates are right there with me...and I with them...every day.
I have begun tracking my food and caloric intake, and have gained insight on where I need to focus my efforts to become healthier and healthier
I got a FitBit and it has become my friend and part of my skin, without which I now feel neked (that's right...NEKED"
I laugh more. I smile more. I appreciate people more (especially you guys...um...y'all)
I feel better. I look better. My clothes fit better.
I dutifully take the steps EVERY DAY up the garage to my car (that's an exercise challenge, that is growing into a compassion!)
I weigh myself (almost every day) WEEKLY.
I have reached out to perfect strangers on social media and encouraged them, and they have done the same for me.
Last one for now...
I Control Me (That's our Team!) - much better today than I did prior to May 6, 2016 when I joined Spark People.
