Days 6, 7 & 8th of my 21 day Challenge

Got a bit off course over the weekend with exercise but stayed on course with the eating habits. Today got on the scale to do my week end weight and very excited about the 3lb loss. I can only image what I could lose if I stuck to a daily schedule of regular exercise outside of my normal work.
