Summer has started

Well I just realized I haven't blogged since December. I am not sure where the last 6 months went, but they are gone. The last four months have been a blur.
During this time I gained back the 10 pounds I lost since starting Spark back on 2010. Grrrr. There are many "excuses" I could give, but I just didn't do what I needed to do.
I am now getting back on track. I have already lost 3 pounds since school ended at the end of May. I have been tracking my food almost consistently. I am making healthy choices more often and I am trying to exercise at least 5 days a week.
So I am starting over. I want to lose 70 pounds overall. My goal back in December was to loose another 10 pounds by April 2017 (we are going on a big family trip to the beach). Now I need to lose 20. The weight is not actually as important to me as to be a smaller size. I want to be a size 10 by the time I go on this trip.
What is so funny is that when I was a size 10 back in grad school I thought I was huge and now I would be very excited to be that small again.

June goals:
Track my food -not necessarily to stay in calorie range (although that is nice), but to get in the habit of tracking food and seeing where I need to make changes.

Exercise - 5 times a week (minimum) for 20 or more minutes at time

Lose 4 pounds for the month of June
